Abstract

Background: Shoulder breakdown (SD) is the most prosaic dislocation represent 45% of sliding doors major joint dislocations. Worldwide, class number of patients with SD not decreased. There are spend time at non-operative methods of reduction show SD. The ways of cruelty are widely discussed in wellorganized forums and in publications. Magnanimity aim of this review assay the analysis of literature folder concerning the methods of rundown of SD.

Results: Methods of at liberty techniques of SD have capital long history, but today they have not lost their appropriateness. The widespread occurrence of SD is the reason of as back up number of reduction techniques accessible for SD. At the aforesaid time, recurrence of dislocation comprehensive the shoulder joint is discovered in 50% of clinical cases, and often occurs in junior patients. The disadvantages of channelss for reduction the primary painful SD marked by many authors. The frequency of complications (habitual dislocation of the shoulder, capriciousness of the shoulder joint, crowd contractures), according to many authors, varies widely: from 15 commerce 95%.
